Welcome to my Time Tracking sheet. I’ve used a version of this for several years and have even asked students in my various classes to track how they spend their days. I did this the first time after reading this article and wondered to myself do I really make the most of my 40 works hours/week (spoiler alert: I really wasn’t).
I’ve created this latest version of my time tracking system in Google Sheets, so you don’t have to do the math yourself!
